VACCINATIONS AND TUBERCULOSIS SCREENINGS
SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides childhood immunizations and some adult immunizations, as well as tuberculosis screenings. Influenza (flu) vaccines are provided to both adults and children as the vaccine becomes available each season.
INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call for appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted.
FEES:21/22 Flu vaccine: $27. We accept OHP insurance. No child under 18 will be turned away from receiving vaccinations because of inability to pay. Limited adult flu vaccine available for those without insurance. We are unable to bill Medicare for any vaccines.
